The grounds, secluded and just a short walk to the falls and swimming place...where together we will cold-plunge ?? This space not only offers magnificent views at prime leaf peeping season, but you will be immersed in the comfort of sisterhood. Aligning with your inner goddess, or the feminine energy of oneself.... (think yin and yang ?? masculine vs feminine energy) these are characteristics such as nurturing, compassion, empathy, communication, etc. and so we will have a couple days together to be able to release, let go, relax, re-center, and unwind completely. Together, we will do this in a space that offers us the capacity for so many amazing integrative workshops, self-care techniques, and creating bonds of sisterhood and truly caring for your inner self, reigniting your inner light in a sacred and safe environment focused on mind body and soul.
